Local pioneer of the foodie evolution, Indianapolis resident Martha Hoover desired a refresh and rebrand for her signature Café Patachou restaurants that would be relevant for the next ten years.
With the objective of expanding the Patachou brand throughout the country, Rowland Design created a book of standards for the client. This ‘short code’ of finishes, furnishings and interior details implemented to new locations would allow for greater efficiency and consistency. The development standards would extend to selected contractors and interior trades to further streamline the design process. This particular space was a former bank branch and drive-thru converted to indoor and outdoor dining.
