Edgeworth Laskey Properties LLC engaged Rowland Design to complete a tenant build-out and implement building standards for local tech company, E-gineering. The project included specialty lighting, patterned carpet and feature ceiling elements. E-gineering company branding is referenced throughout the space with adventurous graphics also designed by Rowland.

The tenant desired a high-energy design for staff as it is often used 24 hours a day. A combination lounge/game room is integrated into the space.

Once complete, Edgeworth Laskey again commissioned our design studio to design a new annex for E-gineering  located within the same building. E-gineering has been listed as one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” several years running.

Arduagh, a national glass container manufacturer, relocated their headquarters from Muncie, Indiana, to the satellite city of Fishers. The fresh facility provides a home to the more than 200 employees who are adjusting to the relocation as well as a new way of working.

Leaving behind a sea of obsolete high walled cubicles, the new office promotes collaboration through an open floor plan with minimal separation and no enclosed offices. Unassigned touchdown spaces offer greater flexible work options.

Coming from a building with little to no natural light, the inclusion of daylighting in the new space was a vital design objective. This was achieved by incorporating glass fronted conference spaces along the building’s perimeter walls. The space was thoughtfully branded with graphic elements applied to expansive glazing as identifiers and coordinated with illuminated wall boxes.

The new corporate headquarters received new finishes and furnishings.  Modern styles blended with classic furniture provided a timeless contrast completing the design concept.
